RETURNS AND REFUNDS

1. RETURN POLICY

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer free returns for our international customers at the moment, but we hope to provide this service in the future. Items purchased between December 1st and December 24th, 2024, are eligible for return until January 14th, 2025. Please note that items purchased during our Black Friday Sale are not eligible for the extended Christmas returns policy.

2. INTERNATIONAL TRANSIT TIMES

For international returns, items are shipped to a dedicated Rebound HUB before being sent to our warehouse facility. Please allow up to 14 days for your package to reach us, with an additional 10 business days for refunds to be processed. If the status states "Delivered to HUB," this means your return is still at the Rebound HUB, not yet at our warehouse.

3. HOW TO RETURN AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER

To reduce paper waste, returns are processed online. You will not receive a returns label with your order. Instead, follow these steps to generate your pre-paid return label:

  1. Start Your Return: Visit our returns portal with your order number.
  2. Select Items: Choose the items you’d like to return and provide a reason. This helps us improve our products and services.
  3. Choose Return Method: Select your preferred return method. The portal will display the closest return locations on a map.
  4. Print Return Label: Print your return label and attach it to your parcel. If you don’t have a printer, check for printer-less options in your area via the portal.
  5. Drop Off: Take your parcel to your chosen drop-off point.

4. NO SPECIFIED CARRIER IN THE PORTAL?

In some countries, we may not offer a specific carrier. If this is the case, register your return via our portal and, after receiving your label, choose your preferred return method to send the item back to us.

5. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once your items have been sent back to us, you should receive your refund within 7 working days after the package reaches our warehouse. Please note that if the return status says "Returned to HUB," your item has reached the Rebound sorting facility and not yet our warehouse. It may take up to 14 days for your package to reach us. If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please contact us at supportcenter@tsuky.co.

6. TRACKING YOUR RETURN

You will receive tracking emails with updates on your return. If you’d like to check the progress more frequently, you can track your return through the ReBound portal.

7. MULTIPLE RETURNED ORDERS

If you are returning multiple orders, please log each order separately through the returns portal. Multiple returns from different orders cannot be combined into a single return.
