SHIPPING AND TAXES

1. SHIPPING COSTS

All shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping address provided during checkout. Shipping rates may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected.

• International Orders: International orders may incur additional customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
• Delivery Time Estimates: While we strive to provide accurate shipping estimates, delivery times may be affected by customs procedures or other delays beyond our control.

2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international shipping, we partner with reliable carriers to ensure a smooth delivery process. However, please note that additional duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

• Customs Duties & Taxes: These fees are determined by the customs office of the destination country. As the recipient, you are responsible for these charges. Tsuky has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.
• Customs Procedures: Delays caused by customs processing are outside of our control. We recommend you check your local customs policies before placing an order.

3. SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated shipping times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3-7 business days.
• International Shipping: 7-14 business days, depending on your location and customs procedures.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, customs processing, and local postal services. We will provide tracking information so you can follow your package's progress.

4. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For international returns, items are first shipped to a dedicated Rebound HUB before being transferred to our warehouse. Please allow up to 14 days for your package to reach us, and an additional 5 to 10 working days for refunds to be processed.

If your return is marked as "Delivered to HUB," this indicates that your return has reached the Rebound sorting facility and not our warehouse yet.

5. TAXES

Taxes are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination. If you are shipping to a country within the European Union, VAT (Value Added Tax) is applied according to local regulations.

For international orders, additional taxes, including customs duties, may be charged when the package arrives in your country. These are not included in the checkout price and are the responsibility of the customer.

• VAT for EU Customers: VAT is automatically calculated and included during the checkout process for orders shipped within the European Union.
• Taxes for Non-EU Customers: Customers outside the EU are responsible for any applicable local taxes or import duties, which may vary by country.
